24/7 Emergency support is available by contract. (Call for service
contract pricing.) No Premium Charge for Saturday Service.
Hourly Rates:
Stand alone computers: $55.00 / hour. One hour minimum.
$13.75 / 15
minutes thereafter.
Networked computers: $75.00 / hour. One hour minimum.
$18.75 /15 minutes thereafter.
No travel time charges for calls within the City of Winnipeg. Clients
outside
of the City of Winnipeg should call for travel time charges.
Emergency print and scanning services are available. (Call for prices.)
Loaner Equipment is available for contract clients.
